I was there for my wedding and honeymoon. The service was horrible due to the Staffs attitude. We had to speak with the manager more then once.

Whom was nice and understanding and actually took care of the issues we had. However the staff , the face of the establishment, the first people you see that represent the Mandalay Bay are extremely rude!

This is horrible for an establishment as big as yourselves to have the very first interaction and first impression be rude customer service people who appear to not like their jobs or don't like people in general.

The rooms are not monitored for guests smoking and the fire alarm must be useless as staff attempted to extract the residual smoke from our room on multiple days unsuccessfully.
